PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To handle cases stacked vertically in plural stages with upper lids opened. SOLUTION: A taking-in and -out means is provided to receive the cases 117 carried by a roller conveyer 15 and to store the cases into a storage part of a rack, a style-of-packing regulating means 23 is provided in the roller conveyer 15 to regulate both-side-directional spreading of the upper lids of the cases 117, the regulating means 23 is constituted of a pair of regulators 25, 26 opposed each other in a conveying route 24 direction of the roller conveyer 15, the one regulator 25 is fixed to a downstream end part of a conveying route 24, the other regulator 26 is provided in an upstream compared with the one regulator 25, and the regulator 26 is constituted to be movable between a rushing-in position running in onto the conveying route 24 and an evacuation position B evacuated from the conveying route 24 to an outside of the roller conveyer 15.
