PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance effects of displaying and publicizing goods by dynamically illuminating goods on rack boards. SOLUTION: A rotary base which is linked to a drive means to be rotated at a slow speed is fitted into the lower end part of a support shaft erected on a central part of a bed so as to be rotatable centered on the support shaft while multiple stages of rack boards 5a to 5e are arranged on the circumference of rotary struts erected on the rotary base surrounding the support shaft so as to be rotatable together with the struts while a plurality of lighting devices 7 are installed at a protruded end part of the support shaft closer to the upper ends of the struts on the support shaft to illuminate the top surfaces of the rack boards.
