PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for therapeutic treatment for depression or anxiety of mammals. SOLUTION: This method for therapeutic treatment for depression or anxiety of mammals including human comprises administering a dopamine D3 receptor agonist with a monoamine-reuptake preventive to the mammals. The pharmaceutical composition comprising a pharmaceutically permissible carrier, a monoamine-uptake preventive and a medicinal composition containing the dopamine D3 receptor agonist is also provided.
