PURPOSE: Provided is a process for producing an antibacterial chopping board using a master batch having a lasting antibacterial effect and excellent dispersibility on forming. CONSTITUTION: The process for producing an antibacterial chopping board comprises the steps of: forming a master batch for antibacterial chopping board by dry mixing a pelletized polyethylene resin, a powdery polypropylene resin, an inorganic antibacterial agent and a C16-C20 higher fatty acid and extruding them; mixing 1 to 20 wt% of the master batch obtained from the preceding step, 80 to 95 wt% of a low density polyethylene resin and 0.5 to 5.0 wt% of a coloring agent; and extrusion or injection molding them.
