FIELD: transport engineering. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to wheeled and crawler vehicles provided with removable (hinged) pans for protection of engine, transmission and other units when running over road obstacles. Proposed device for removing and mounting the pan is installed under the pan. One bolt is turned out and device is installed in its place, then all other bolts are turned out and one side of pan is lowered. Then device is re-placed on other side of pan having taken axle out of pan hinges, and other side of pan is lowered. Device has frame, support installed for displacement and pressing of pan, and support displacement mechanism. Frame is made in form of rod consisting of two hinge-connected parts. Thread is cut in upper of rod, and support is installed in lower part. Device can be made in the following versions: support can be made in form of support nut, and thread can be cut on lower part of rod. Rod can be provided with different helix thread in upper and lower parts. EFFECT: reduced time taken for servicing wheeled and crawler vehicles in the field. 4 cl, 4 dwg
