HIGH-SPEED REPRODUCTION METHOD OF MONITOR IMAGE AND PROGRAM THEREOF

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To monitor images without feeling pain. SOLUTION: When compressing encoding images, whether or not an invader is imaged within a frame depends on whether or not a first difference is greater than a predetermined threshold. When the invader was imaged within the frame, an invader flag is offered into the compression encoded data of the frame. When the image data is fast reproduced, it is determined whether or not the invader flag stored when compression encoding is present, and a super-fast reproduction is conducted for the frame that the invader is not imaged. On the other hand, where the invader is imaged, a reproduction speed is reduced to a medium- or high-speed mode, while only a specified region (key GOB) is decoded to conduct the medium- or high-speed reproduction.
