SOLUTION: The image processing apparatus 220 is provided with a hue calculation section 2201 that calculates a hue for every pixel from RGB data, a 1st extract section 2202 that extracts a pixel with a hue corresponding to a skin color from the RGB data, a 1st feature quantity calculation section 2203 that calculates a 1st feature quantity representing the feature quantity of the RGB data of the pixel extracted by the 1st extract section 2202, a 2nd extract section 2204 that extracts a pixel in the middle of the image area, a 2nd feature quantity calculation section 2205 that calculates a 2nd feature quantity denoting the feature quantity of the RGB data of the pixel extracted by the extract section 2204, a circuit quantity calculation section 2206 that uses the 1st and 2nd feature quantities to calculate a density correction amount, and a density correction section 2207 that uses the density correction quantity to apply density correction to the RGB data. |
