PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To instantaneously judge the significance level of an electronic mail, and to display the electronic mail with the significance level. SOLUTION: A control part 30 of a portable telephone set which receives an electronic mail reads a keyword inputted as an element for deciding the significance level of the electronic mail, and refers to the read keyword and the distributed electronic mail, and judges the matching of the keyword, and totals the number of the matched keywords. Then, the distributed electronic mail is displayed in a configuration such as a display color or keyword different from the original display configuration based on the size of the totaled number of the keywords.
