DISTORTION IMPROVING CIRCUIT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently compensate distortion in a distortion improving circuit which improves an upper third distortion and a lower third distortion which are generated in an amplifier which amplifies a basic wave signal including a plurality of frequency components. SOLUTION: A double wave reflection coefficient constantizing circuit for permitting a reflection coefficient to be a fixed value concerning a plurality of the frequency components included in a double wave signal is provided at the output side of the amplifier. As one example, in a configuration shown in a figure, the circuit making double wave reflection coefficient constant is constituted of a double wave matching circuit where the reflection coefficient is made to be zero with respect to a plurality of the frequency components included in the double wave signal and, then, basic wave matching circuits M1 and M2 and the double wave matching circuits N1 and N2 are arranged at the input and the output sides of a transistor T1 which constitutes the amplifier.
