PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically adjust a volume to fine and optimal one when the volume is changed due to the kind or state of the reception signal of a television. SOLUTION: A volume adjusting icon 100 adjusts a voice amplifier, A volume adjuster 80 outputs a volume adjustment signal to the voice adjusting icon 100. An operation detector 250 detects the operation of the volume adjuster 80. A voice detector 210 detects the volume of a voice signal which is being transmitted from a voice amplifier to a speaker A volume instructing icon 220 compares the volume detected by the voice detector 210 with a reference volume stored in a preliminarily arranged volume storage device 230 as long as the operation of the volume adjuster 80 is not detected by the operation detector 250, and transmits a volume adjustment signal for matching the volume of the voice signal which is being transmitted from the voice amplifier to the speaker with the reference volume to the volume adjusting icon 100 when there is any difference.
