PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bag having an electroluminescent lamp attached to the outside of the bag and glowing. SOLUTION: The bag is composed of an inverter 1 equipped with a power supply and a sheet type electroluminescent lamp 3 electrically connected to the inverter through a wiring circuit. The electroluminescent lamp 3 is stuck to the outside of a bag B, while the inverter is housed in the bag. The electroluminescent lamp and the inverter are connected through the wiring circuit 2.
