PHONEME AUTHENTICATING SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a phoneme authenticating system for certifying information concerning phonemes being the minimum configuration element of sound. SOLUTION: The system is provided with a phoneme combining means for issuing the phonemes by combination through the use of a phoneme database and also calculating a phoneme usage amount, a copyright fee calculating means for calculating a copyright fee at each phoneme copyright holder in response to the usage amount which is calculated by the phoneme combining means and a money paying means for paying the copyright fee to the phoneme copyright holder based on the fee information. The system is also provided with an authenticating means for recording incidental information such as a generation date and the body condition of a generator when the database is generated and indicating the recorded contents and, then, the information are certified.
