PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an IC card processor and an IC card processing program which are capable of speeding up a processing. SOLUTION: A CPU 10 accesses a function from a library 22, decides whether or not the function has to be performed (S104), transmits a corresponding command to an IC card 2 in the case of deciding that the function has to be performed (S114) and receives a response to the command (S115). In the case of deciding that the function does not have to be performed, data of a cache 221 are utilized without accessing the IC card 2 (S105). |
