PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a computer mannequin operation time calculating device capable of objectively and easily calculating operation time information of an operation specified by an action command while eliminating a user's arbitrariness in an action generation system for defining an operation of a computer mannequin to an object by combining a plurality of types of action commands time sequentially and visualizing the operation of the computer mannequin specified by an action command on a computer virtual space. SOLUTION: This device is provided with an inputting part 2 for inputting time series data of an action command and displacement information of a prescribed human body part of the computer mannequin from an action generation system 10, a PTS applying means 4 for finding the types and required time values of element operations regulated with a prescribed PTS method and allocating the types and required time values to each action command on the basis of the time series data and the displacement information, and an operation time information deriving means 5 for deriving operation time information of an operation specified with an action command from the prescribed time values found by the PTS applying means 4 or a combination of the prescribed time values.
