PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To compress a dynamic image without causing deterioration in the image quality of a real image. SOLUTION: This dynamic image generating equipment is provided with a virtual object preserving part 11 for preserving the data of a virtual object to be arranged in a virtual three-dimensional space, a coordinate conversion part 12, which performs conversion to a coordinate values in a displaying coordinate system and a luminance value of a vertex of a polygon constituting the virtual object a mapping region detecting part 13 for detecting a mapping region as a region in a displaying coordinate system of an identified object on which an identified image is mapped, a mapping object region calculating part 14 for calculating an identified block including the detected mapping region, a quantization table changing part 15 for changing a quantization table of the identified table, and an orthogonal conversion dynamic image compressing part 17a, in which compression of image data is applied to image data outputted from a raster operation part 16, from the coordinate value in the displaying coordinate system and the luminance value of the vertex of each of the polygons by using a changed quantization table, in a case of the identified block or using a previously set quantization table in the other case.
