SOLUTION: The wireless apparatus conducts transmission autonomously, depending on the data rate, the length of data packets, and the type of data, or can also use scheduling. For example, the wireless apparatus conducts transmission autonomously at a low data rate and can use scheduling at a high data rate. In this manner, with the multiple mode system, the transmission for the wireless apparatus can be scheduled, or autonomous transmission can be made, and a plurality of pieces of wireless apparatuses can operate simultaneously in different schedulings or an autonomous mode.
