PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a yoke structure of an inner rotor-type thin and low noise fan motor, on which a coil can be mounted simply without requiring even a special coil winding machine. SOLUTION: An upper yoke 1 is formed with two upper brim parts 1b toward the center from a ring-shaped external peripheral part 1a. A lower yoke 3 is formed with two support parts 3b, directed toward the lower from the internal peripheral end of a ring-shaped external peripheral part 3a, is further formed with lower brim parts 3c toward the center from the respective support parts 3b. A coil-receiving part is formed by the support part 3b and the lower brim part 3c. After a coil 2 is mounted in the coil-receiving part, by superposing the upper yoke 1 on the lower yoke 3 so as to alternately arrange the upper/ lower brims, a stator is constituted.
