PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a user to maximally widely use a display image on a mobile phone or a personal digital assistant(PDA) with a speech function display section with a limited size and to make a speech while viewing the display section. SOLUTION: The display section and an operation section of the mobile phone or the PDA with a speech function is configured laterally long so as to allow a user to laterally widely use the display section having conventionally been configured longitudinally long, and a microphone section is provided to the side of the display section and a speaker section is provided to a keyboard section to allow the user to view an image on the display section while making a speech.
