PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a voltage-controlled oscillator for enhancing loop gain and increasing the electric power of an oscillator output. SOLUTION: An FET 17 having a peak reflection gain at the oscillation frequency is connected to an FET 12 via a micro-strip line 16. Then the capacity of a variable capacity diode 20 is changed so as to change the oscillation frequency.
