PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact and easily attachable radio wave absorber sheet free from the scatter and the lowering of absorption efficiency as to noise radio wave dependent on attached state and having an adhesive material layer difficult to be exposed. SOLUTION: A line dotted fold-back groove 12 is formed in one main surface of a basic material sheet 11 consisting of a radio wave absorbing material at the position of the axis of symmetry for the basic material sheet 11. An adhesive material layer 13 is formed on the another main surface of the basic material sheet 11. After the left half of the radio wave absorber sheet 10 is affixed on the upper surface of a flat cable by the adhesive material layer 13, the right half of the radio wave absorber sheet 10 is folded back at the fold-back groove 12 to be affixed on the lower surface of the flat cable by the adhesive material layer 13. Thus, the radio wave absorber sheet 10 is bent at the fold-back groove 12 into two parts to sandwich the flat cable from the upper and lower sides thereof to be so attached that it surrounds the flat cable.
