PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multidirectional pressing switch, having a simple structure and capable of surely and smoothly rocking a key top in the intended and desired rocking direction. SOLUTION: This switch is provided with a journalling member 30 having an axial support part 31, installed at the center of a switch board 10 with plural switch contacts arranged in a ring-like form installed, and a key top 50 disposed on the axial support member 30 with a support shaft projecting from its under surface housed rockingly in a support shaft housing part 33 formed on the upper surface of the axial support part 31 of the axial support member 30. By rocking the key top 50 about the support shaft, a switch contact located at a position where the key top 50 is lowered is turned on. By forming guide projections 37 at positions stopping the rocking of the support shaft in the housing part 33, the rocking direction of the support shaft formed on the key top 50 is guided.
