FIELD: railway transport; automatic and signaling devices. SUBSTANCE: each circuit of current consumers has signaling technically unreliable change-over switches installed in series and controlled independently by means of independent computing channels of reliable computing system. Each core of current circuit has one change-over switch. Signaling device is provided for recognition of supply current tapped from consumer supply or for checking. Change- over switch, if closed or opened not in due time, materially changes check voltage as compared with check voltage when position of change-over switch is correct. Output signals of signaling device are evaluated by two computing channels of reliable computing system which discriminates untimely state of at least one of change-over switches basing on appearance of non-expected at this time output signals of signaling device. EFFECT: possibility of using relays-contactors instead of signaling relays. 10 cl, 2 dwg
