<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for providing communication tools to contrive communication of opinion exchange, meeting and reunion among a plurality of people via multimedia information such as images and sounds which can be specified by places, data and time, and a method and a program. SOLUTION: This system provides the communication tools in a site which can be browsed via a network. It includes a contribution processing part 132 to register digital data, etc., such as the images and the sounds as contribution information by associating them with place specification information and date and time specification information regarding a contribution request and a browse processing part 134 to accept a contribution information browsing request in which the place specification information and the date and time specification information are presented via the network, to extract the contribution information regarding the place specification information and the date and time specification information and to distribute the contribution information to a terminal of a requesting origin of the contribution information via the network.</p> |
