SOLUTION: The information providing system connected to a communication network for gathering various information from a plurality of the companies or the like and providing optimum solutions to request specifications from the customer is composed of a needs technique publicizing means publicizing the request specifications relating to energy saving and environment related technique transmitted from the customer to the communication network as a plurality of needs techniques, an entry receiving means receiving an entry to the needs techniques from the companies or the like and a solving technique presenting means presenting an optimum solving technique to the customer from the companies or the like or the energy saving and environment relating techniques entered to the entry receiving means.
