PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the convenience of contract processing utilizing information transmitted in advance in an automatic contract system. SOLUTION: The automatic contract system is constituted by connecting a contract processor for allowing a financial facility to perform contract processing with a contract terminal to be operated by a user through a communication line. The contract processor receives information required for a contract from a portable telephone set carried by the user in advance of operation by a contracted terminal, and performs inspection in advance. The result of inspection is held by the contract processor in connection with the MAC address of the portable telephone set obtained as specific information. The contract terminal obtains the MAC address from the portable telephone set carried by the user and transmits it to the contract processor. The user can utilize the previous inspection result without taking a note of the specific information, thereby accelerates the contract.
