SOLUTION: This contents circulating device is provided with a receiving means for receiving contents to be transmitted from the terminal of a contents provider according to the registration request of contents to be circulated on a network, a storage means for storing the contents to be received by the receiving means, an environment setting means for notifying the terminal of the contents provider who transmits the contents of address information for reading the contents stored in the storage means, and a transmitting means for transmitting the contents stored in the storage means to the terminal of the contents provider according to the confirmation instruction of the contents to be executed by using the address information from the terminal of the contents provider.
