PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To describe a reliable electronic mail address on a questionnaire as a destination to transmit sales promotion information, and to quickly transmit the information of the questionnaire to a store manager. SOLUTION: The reliable electronic mail address is acquired by performing the questionnaire with lottery function and transmitting a registration number and a password for participation in a lottery by electronic mail while using a client managing program, a mail server, a random number generating program, a database and a web server utilizing a portable information terminal. Besides, the opinion of a client described on the questionnaire is quickly transmitted to the store manager. |
