PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable an operator to perform functions of a plurality of processes whose operation rights are different with one operator ID. SOLUTION: This security system is provided with a storing means 20 storing a function/operation right definition file 21 that defines a plurality of functions, a plurality of rights and performance approval/rejection in each operation right of each function, and an operator list file 22 configured to make the operation rights defined by the definition file 21 settable in each operator ID, and an operation right deciding means 12 for reading all operation rights belonging to the operator ID of an operator by referring to the list file 22 when the operator tries to perform a selected function, subsequently retrieving functions performable with the read operation rights from the definition file 21 and deciding performance approval/rejection according to whether or not to include the selected function in the obtained functions. |
