PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor with rotating fan, having a structure which reduces vibration and noise due to external factor applied on the rotary fan, namely the fluid blown by the rotary fan, and which can be assembled easily, and to provide an electrical apparatus of low vibration mounted with the same motor. SOLUTION: This motor with rotating fan 1 comprises a stator 2, a rotor 3, a bearing 5 for rotatably holding the rotor 3, a rotary fan 6 mounted to a rotary shaft 4 and an auto-balancer 7.
