COLOR CONVERTER, COLOR CONVERSION METHOD, PROGRAM AND RECORDING MEDIUM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a color converter that can enhance the conversion from a color space value (e.g. a CMYK value) of a device (e.g. a printing machine) into a color space value of another device (e.g. a printer). SOLUTION: The CMYK value of the printing machine is entered (S40). The entered CMYK value is converted into an L*a*b* value on the basis of a color conversion table of the printing machine (S50). The L*a*b* value is converted into the CMYK value of the printer on the basis of the color conversion table of the printer and the constraint (e.g. a limit in quantity of a change in each color element of the CMYK value) (S60).
