PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an analog/digital converter having high accuracy, that can reduce the effect of fluctuations in a reference voltage applied to the converter on a digital conversion value. SOLUTION: A RAM memory 104 stores a digitally converted value from a multi-channel analog/digital converter 101 via a microcomputer 102. A voltage AVs, generated from a reference power supply 105, is given to the analog/digital converter 101 as one input signal, an amplifier 106 amplifies the generated voltage AVs and the amplified voltage is used for a reference voltage AVr of the analog/digital converter 101. A correction arithmetic value is calculated, by multiplying a prescribed proportional factor with a quotient, resulting from dividing a digitally converted value DIi, corresponding to an analog input signal AIi by a digital conversion value DVs of the voltage AVs. The corrected arithmetic value is a digital conversion value having high accuracy and is proportional to an analog input signal voltage.
