PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate three-dimensional data having as many vertexes as possible by efficiently utilizing information that a plurality of images have. SOLUTION: Correspondence between an image A and an image B and a first reliable model M1 based on the correspondence between the image A and the image B are generated, reliability is decided in each section with respect to an uncertain model Ubc by defining a part protruding from the first model M1 in a second model BC based on the correspondence between the image B and an image C as the uncertain model Ubc, and reliable parts are integrated with the first model M1.
