PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor device in which a chip area is made narrow to reduce the cost. SOLUTION: A semiconductor device which switches a driving signal corresponding to inputted image data according to a control signal and outputs it is equipped with a plurality of selecting circuits which select and output image data according to a control signal POS1 and AND gate circuits G1 to G3 which generate driving signals by performing AND operations according to the pieces of image data selected by the selecting circuits.
