SOLUTION: This dynamo-electric machine, constructed by concentratedly winding a stator winding coil around stator teeth 4, the stator winding coil being of polygonal cross section, comprises a first stator winding coil 1, of which the width has the relation Wcy>Wcr, where Wcy is the width in the coil radial direction on slot root side and Wcr is a width in the coil radial direction on opening section side, and a second stator winding coil 2 of which the width has the relation Wcy<=Wcr.
