PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of the stability and response properties of control characteristics being at a trade-off relation and it is difficult to obtain preferable characteristics in each control state, in a speed control unit by feedback control. SOLUTION: An adjustment section 2A of the motor speed control unit is in a three-layer hierarchical neural network mode configuration. A speed-setting value V, a detection speed Va, and their deviations (errors) are set to three inputs. Then, control characteristics are set by making having preferable response properties and stability learned in each speed control state. |
