PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stator for radial winding and a manufacturing method therefor, capable of being wound or manufactured easily, reducing manufacturing cost, lowering fraction defective, and increasing the dimension of the winding to be wound around respective magnetic pole rods or the guide areas of the magnetic pole surfaces of the stator and a rotor, thereby increasing the rotational torque of the rotor. SOLUTION: This stator is formed out of a pole piece made of a magnetic conductive material, and is provided with two or more radial and isogonal magnetic pole rods from a hub of the pole piece; the magnetic pole surface are formed on the ends of the respective magnetic pole rods, and a metal wire is wound around each of the magnetic pole rods of the pole piece to form a pair of magnetic pole pieces. The center holes of two or more pairs of magnetic pole pieces are connected to a binding member, and the respective magnetic pole rods are distributed so as to be isogonal to each other.
