PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a supervisory system, a mobile terminal and a supervisory method, by which a user at a remote place can inexpensively supervise a supervisory object. SOLUTION: The mobile terminal 110 supervises the supervisory object by an instruction of the user, and transmits the result of supervision to a communication unit 140 at the remote place when the supervisory result is a prescribed result. Upon the receipt of the supervisory result, the communication unit 140 informs the user about the result of supervision in a prescribed way.
