SUBSTANCE: invention relates to synthetic method of preparing compounds of esteinascidine order and related structures, for example, saframycins, in part, to synthesis of esteinascidine of the formula (I) that is the rare antitumor agent of marine origin exhibiting an extreme strong effect. Indicated method is enantio- and stereo-regulated, convergent and short one. Invention describes also intermediate substances of method that can be used for not complete synthesis of esteinascidine 743 but for other known compounds of esteinascidine order including their derivatives and analogs.
