FIELD: railway transport. SUBSTANCE: proposed car has running gear with frame on which hopper-type body is installed with lower discharge hatches 5, trough-type covers6 on swinging arms, discharge mechanisms consisting of bell cranks and tie-rods set into action by concentric shafts installed on brackets in supports, and open and closed positions locks. Point of hinge suspension of swinging arm and point of hinge connection of cover on swinging arm are displaced relative to vertical axis of hopper at different distances to permit bringing the cover off discharge hatch zone. Concentric shafts are intercoupled as driving and driven shafts by means of disk cam installed on driving shaft and cam installed on driven shaft at angle relative to disk cam. Closed position lock is made in form of stop hinge secured on body and engaging with driven shaft limiter. Open position lock cover is made in form plate installed on one of arms of bell crank.
