PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spread code generating circuit and a demodulation circuit, that can properly keep a reception characteristics of a receiver, apply significant phase control in a short time and eliminate the need for monitoring a phase control variable. SOLUTION: The spread code generating circuit applies phase control to a received base-band signal in units of sample time, and a symbol time or a slot time, so as to generate a spread code according to a plurality of kinds of control signals, outputted on the basis of a change in a synchronization timing of the received base-band signal. |
