PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a voter to surely perform voting operation without receiving any physically and mentally uncomfortable feeling by allowing the voter to surely to perform voting operation even though involuntary movement occurs and to surely and visually acquire election information necessary for voting and further preventing voting contents of the voter from being informed to a third person. SOLUTION: Such a breath inputting means by which the voter can make a selection decision with breath pressure of the voter is provided as an inputting means when the voter performs voting. According to this invention, three breath sensors are arranged in an array shape as a breath inputting means, while paying attention to the matter that there is difference in periodicity of pressure change, flow rate, flow direction, etc., between breath taken in a normal breathing and breath taken intentionally, and an air stream from the mouth and nose in normal breath and an air stream generated intentionally for breath input can be discriminated by using the three breath sensors. Furthermore, a head mounted display is used as a displaying means. |
