PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a troublesome electronic mail restriction system that can enhance the operability of a mobile terminal and prevent the traffic on the Internet from being increased. SOLUTION: A server A10 manages electronic mail between mobile phone terminals 40, a server B20 manages electronic mail between mobile phone terminals 50, the server A10 receives and manages restriction information of the electronic mail from the mobile phone terminals 40 and transmits restriction information to the server B20, then the server B20 restricts transmission of the electronic mail from the mobile phone terminal 50 to the mobile phone terminal 40 on the basis of the restriction information.
