PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data display device and a method for data update request. SOLUTION: A data display device is linked with servers in remote ends by two-way information transmission in a radio or wired system and selectively transmits a data update request signal to one server by data displayed at present on a screen, and the requested server transmits partial update data, and thus the data volume of data transmitted from the server is considerably reduced, and the load of frequency width is reduced. When the data update request signal is transmitted to one server, the data display device requests the server to include the range of data displayed on the screen in the range of update data arranged in order.
