PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a facsimile machine that allows a user to extract information of received electronic mail and terminal internal information such as a caller telephone number at automatic telephone message recording or the like stored in the facsimile terminal at the user's home, from a visit place. SOLUTION: The facsimile machine has a storage section 103 that records a message from a caller and stores the caller number as terminal internal information at automatic telephone message recording and stores received electronic mail and a sender address of the received electronic mail as the terminal internal information at reception of electronic mail. The facsimile machine extracts the device internal information in response to a tag (command) included by the received electronic mail from the storage section and transmits the extracted information to a destination address (a terminal at a visit place) included in the received electronic mail as transmission electronic mail when the terminal receives the electronic mail from the terminal at the visit place and the received electronic mail includes the tag (a command) and a password included in the received electronic mail is coincident with a present password.
