PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a field operation monitor system which enables a field-side safety manager and a command side to have secure operation communication and can save the command-side labor. SOLUTION: This field operation monitor system has a registered mobile communication terminal 2 that only the safety manager A in the operation field S is allowed to use and a host computer 4 which can communicate with the mobile communication terminal 2 through a communication means 3 and is installed at a command center C; and communication items are inputted according to an input indication from the host computer 4 by using the mobile communication terminal 2 and transmitted to the host computer 4.
