PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of a conventional train radio system has required installation of a base station to each track segment, even when the radio communication zone of a base station covers a plurality of track segments, in the case that a plurality of the track segments are installed side by side. SOLUTION: In the case that a plurality of track segments are installed in radio communication zones 15a-15e of base stations 14a-14e, in order to control base stations 4a-4d, 5a-5d, 6a-6d, and 7a-7d for each track segment, radio communication is carried out for a mobile station 3 mounted on a train 2 running on any of a plurality of the track segments.
