PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To assemble a motor with higher angular accuracy, there is a need to apply strong pushing force to a stator body, when welding a mounting plate to the stator body with respect to the projection welding process. SOLUTION: The mounting plate is fitted with either or, both arc welding or spot welding method, to the flat surface of end part of the cylindrical shape by coaxially adjusting the center axis of mounting plate, with reference to the internal circumference of the cylinder and the center axis with reference to a bearing at the flat surface of end part of a motor stator of almost a cylindrical shape. In arc welding and spot welding processes, welding processes at many points in a manner that the projected areas at the welding points are pushed with strong force, as in the case of the projection welding process are not required and assembling can be realized to provide higher angular accuracy of the rotating shaft at a small number of fixing points.
