PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rack mounting apparatus for electronic apparatus which mounts a plurality of first and second electronic apparatus in a rack without forming any unwanted space. SOLUTION: Connecting member mounts are respectively formed on specified sides 53A, 54B of first casings 52A, 52B of first electronic apparatus 51A, 51B, and on specified sides 4A, 4B of casings 2A, 2B of second electronic apparatus 1A, 1B. Rack mounts 20a are formed on connecting members 20 capable of connecting the first and second electronic apparatus 51A, 51B, 1A, 1B. The specified sides 53A, 54B of the first casings 52A, 52B of the first electronic apparatus 51A, 51B face the specified sides 4A, 4B of the casings 2A, 2B of the second electronic apparatus 1A, 1B, the connecting members 20 are mounted on the connecting member mounts, and first second electronic apparatuses 21, 22 connected to a rack 31 through the rack mount 20a of the connecting members 20 are mounted to constitute the rack mounting apparatus 60 for electronic apparatus.
