PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus and a method for alignment of an anisotropic conductive film and a circuit board and an apparatus for supplying an anisotropic conductive film capable of highly aligning a connecting electrode section of a circuit board with an anisotropic conductive film to improve productivity. SOLUTION: A connection electrode section 18A of a liquid crystal panel 18 on a mount stage 17 and an anisotropic conductive film of an anisotropic conductive film tape 5 are photographed by a camera 2 positioned at the lower part of a heat resistant glass 4, and the position of the stage 17 is adjusted on the basis of the result of photographing.
