PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power switch malfunction preventing device for an automatic door, capable of improving safety of a maintenance worker in carrying out maintenance and check work in a frame body of the automatic door. SOLUTION: This device comprises a covering member 11 for covering the surface of a power switch 8 in the frame body 3, magnet bodies 12 and 12A sticking to the surface of the power switch 8, a re support body 13 for keeping the power switch 8 in a turned-off state, and a mounting member 15 for detachably mounting a input prohibiting tag 14 to the covering member 11. Thereby, the input prohibiting tag 14 is displayed by mounting the covering member 11, to the surface of the power switch 8 in the maintenance and check work inside the frame body 3, so that the maintenance worker can surely be prevented misinputting the power switch 8.
